About
In 1993, Real Sociedad left Atotxa for Anoeta, which opened on 13 August with a match against Real Madrid. Now known as the Reale Arena, the San Sebastian ground hosts the home games of the Txuri-urdin. It also stages rugby fixtures, including Top 14 matches.
The tour takes you to the auditorium, the car park where the team bus pulls up, the trophy tunnel and the legends' walkway. It continues through the dressing rooms, the benches, the press room and the directors' box, before ending with a virtual experience. The route is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility and is offered in several languages. Time slots vary depending on matches and events.
Did you know?
The Reale Arena sometimes hosts matches involving rugby clubs from the French Basque Country, chiefly Aviron Bayonnais, who regularly move their biggest Top 14 fixtures here. It was also the stage for the 2023 Top 14 semi-finals, played in front of more than 39,000 spectators each night!
