About
The Millerntor-Stadion is the home of FC St. Pauli. It stands in the heart of the district of the same name, between the Heiligengeistfeld (a large open space of some 20 hectares) and the Feldstraße bunker. Opened in 1961, it was completely rebuilt stand by stand between 2007 and 2015. Today it holds 29,546 spectators, including 16,940 standing places. Its name refers to a former gate in Hamburg's fortifications, which once stood nearby. The club's members have also decided that the stadium name may never be sold for commercial purposes.
The MILLERNTOUR!, led by guides drawn from the supporters' scene, tells more than a hundred years of FC St. Pauli history while opening up areas of the ground normally closed to the public. The route takes in the dressing rooms, the press room and the Ballsaal (function hall). Two formats are available, lasting 60 and 120 minutes. It starts at the FC St. Pauli-Museum, entry to which is included in the tour.
The two-hour tour starts at 2.30 pm from Monday to Friday, at 10.30 am and 2.30 pm on Saturdays and at 10.30 am on Sundays.
