Opened on 18 June 1933, Stade Bollaert-Delelis is deeply tied to the mining history of Lens. The Société des Mines bought the land in 1929 and 180 miners worked on building the ground. RC Lens, founded in 1906, have played here ever since it opened.
Launched in 2013, the Bollaert Tour follows the players' route on a matchday. Over 1 hr 30, the visit takes in the players' tunnel, the dressing rooms, the bench, the manager's and chairman's lounges, and then La Galerie, a space recalling the region's mining past.
RC Lens is so devoted to its supporters (the twelfth man) that the number 12 has been withdrawn from the shirts and no player is allowed to wear it...

Déçu, j'attendais mieux de cette visite. Bon guide et bonnes explications. J'ai la sensation de n'avoir vu que du béton. Je regrette la visite effectuée et organisée par le RC Lens, il y a quelques années. Rien de comparable.
