Pensé pour permettre à la France d'accueillir la Coupe du monde 1998, le Stade de France est devenu le grand stade national de Saint-Denis. Conçu pour le football, le rugby et l'athlétisme, il accueille aussi de grands rendez-vous culturels. Les équipes de France de football et de rugby y sont chez elles. Son toit elliptique est suspendu au-dessus de tribunes dont une partie est amovible.

La visite dure environ une heure et demie et mène des vestiaires au tunnel, puis au bord de la pelouse. Une exposition permanente complète le parcours. Selon la saison, des départs sont proposés en français et en anglais, en dehors des jours d'événement.
